Service Policies
Providing the best possible service during your visit is our highest priority. Your appointment is important. Time allotted for your appointment is reserved especially for you!
We love each and every one of our clients and want you to have the BEST experience possible. To ensure the health, safety & comfort of every guest, please reference our Safety Policies below.
Safety
If you arrive early, please wait in your car.
If we are running late or finishing a client, you will be informed and will be asked to wait in your car.
All clients and stylist are required to wear a mask, bandana or some sort of covering over your nose and mouth.
Everyone will be required to wash their hands upon arrival.
If you tend to get chilly, please bring a blanket.
Only 1 client at a time will be allowed in the suite.
No unsupervised children or guest will be allowed in the waiting areas or outside of suite.
Cell Phones
Please put away your phones during services. This minimizes potential HAZARDS and distractions when performing crucial eye services involving adhesives and tweezers. These services require focus and precision.
Talking
During eyelash appointments, for your safety it is very important that talking is kept to a minimum. This allows you time to relax and enjoy your services.
Child Safety Policy
For the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and guests, your support with understanding of our policies regarding having your children in the studio is appreciated.
Children 15 yrs old and younger are allowed in the Studio when receiving a service with parent consent.
If your child is not receiving services, we respectfully ask that you make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.
Credit Card Policy
A VALID credit card must be kept on file to rebook appointments. If your credit card expires or you choose not to keep a card on file, all appointments will require prepayment. Your sensitive information is stored within our encrypted database for the highest security.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Clients are expected to provide a full 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling their appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same day cancellations will forfeit your deposit and you will be charged half of the service. If you cancel 2 hours or less prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the service.
No Call/ No Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be responsible for 100% of the service.
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a “No Show.” We may not have time to perform your full service and you will be responsible for the full cost of the service.
Appointment Confirmations & Reminders
You will receive confirmation at the time of booking and a reminder before your appointment.
We understand that things come up that may prevent you from making your appointment and schedule adjustments are necessary. When you cancel on short notice, it prevents other clients the opportunity to book. If you must cancel, be sure to give AT LEAST 24 hours’ notice or you will be charged the cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If you cancel 2 hours or less prior to your scheduled appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service. Exceptions are made in certain cases such as emergencies and illness.
Correction/Refund
We strive for customer satisfaction. Please notify us via email no later than 72 hours after your appointment if you have any concerns about your services . We do not offer refunds. However, we will help resolve any issues that you may experience within 72 hours following your service(s).
